About Us & the Story
@solventgod | developer, artist
Hello! I am the coder of this website and the guy who came up with this whole thing. I usually go by solventgod online. I studied multimedia for 3 years and now want to get into animation. I have a huge fascination for both art (cinematography, illustrations, literature and mixed media specifically) and human sciences, which I love exploring in my stories. I've been doing illustrations seriously since I was 11, and animating since I was around 13.
If you care about my opinions on film you can check out my Letterboxd. I can barely count all the games I like, but I generally prefer medieval fantasy, horror, simulators and H&S as for the genre. Sadly I haven't had too much time to read, if you think I'd like a particular book just write me a suggestion.
If you want to look at my stuff or support me, you can find me on these socials:

Ichorlust is a multimedia project (as mentioned in the header) which I first started writing in late 2023 by myself. After meeting my fiance, the story has taken a turn and is now a collaborative effort between the two of us. The story spans multiple acts long, focusing on the main characters Ansbert and the mortal soul he was forced to bond with during his creation and the consequences that unfold from a god forced to live life in a human form.
There are already a few finished projects featuring the characters, which you can check out in the left sidebar under "Projects". Please remember that the main story focuses not only on the complicated feelings between the two characters, but also many triggering subject matters that we hope to tackle with care and respect. We aim to reflect how trauma manifests in uncomfortable, disturbing but also human ways. The characters depicted represent not individuals, but humanity and it's many complexities. We hope that the story can be a source of comfort for those who are struggling, or those wanting to learn about different perspectives in a safe environment. Healing is not a linear process, and in times like this it's especially important to be kind to not only yourself but the people around you.
If you are sensitive to certain subjects, please go ahead and visit the warning page before anything.
This website specifically also works as a general place for storing information and a way for me to get back in touch with the kind of internet that became lost after the rise of monetization of websites and social media platforms.
